Liaising with clients, Subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and overall project managers.
Preparing site reports and documentation works.
Preparation/provision of support documentation for project reporting process.
Review and assessment of contractor variation works.
Monitor Progress of Civil contractors as per scheduled agreed.
Perform daily inspection & Test materials to achieve quality of construction required in the drawing & specification for all work under the contract document.
Preparation of BOM for civil construction work and BBS for structural.
Site supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction.
Work is as per the project technical specifications and drawings.
Conversant with architect and structural drawings.
Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved.
By the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site.
Ensure the safety conditions at site.
Technical check of material submitting and shop drawings.
Review of daily site report and manpower reports and reporting to resident Engineer on the same.
Control and monitoring all activities following Method Statement & Quality Management System
Receive or rejecting all kind of unqualified/ unneeded materials.
Taking care QA/QC Documentations include certificate, calibration, test results, Inspection request, NCR and Site inspections.
Responsible in quality & workmanship of every activities through knowledge of all phase of engineering ( Civil, Structure & Architecture)
