Provided individualized holistic care in high volume specialty clinic with diverse patient population with average of 40 PPD. Provided comprehensive care in multiple areas of specialty including acute, chronic and preventative conditions in primary care, mild to moderate chronic pain, and cardiology. In cardiac specialty area managed patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions which also included additional areas such as sleep disorders, and mild to moderate pulmonary disorders which included in-office testing ability for EKG Stress, MPS, Echocardiogram, Ultrasound, PFTs and labs performed in-house. Other specialty areas included Adult ADD, Obesity and Weight Management, low testosterone and any other ailment presented common to rare. All comprehensive treatment of chronic pain patients followed CDC recommendations and SAMHSA guidelines. Created and implemented Office Policy and Procedures regarding patient intake, flow, and procedures for front office, clinical supervisor, and medical assistants. Created and implemented Clinical Policy for specialty visits including but not limited to chronic migraines, Adult ADD, weight management, erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, kidney stones, arthritis, and chronic pain in accordance with highest national standards in each area. Created individual EHR templates for comprehensive and specialty exam documentation in line with current CMS standards. Developed monthly financial report for designated primary facility with analysis identifying gaps with billing, reimbursement, and office procedures.
