Answered phone, completed spreadsheets on a monthly basis, completed and setup the new software system for our clients. Also answered phones handled clients bringing in samples as well as getting their accounts setup in our computer system, along with pricing, test codes and well/station/meter numbers for that client. Made sure the clients had the supplies they needed to pull samples.
I was also trained on how to run GC C6 and C7 sample tests as well as ASTM 4294 and 5002. Handled internal invoices (making sure pricing and coding were correct before sending to document control department.
