Responsible for planning the overall operation of the farm from production to marketing.

Recruited and trained other staff in best farm practices while offering effective management that led to the growth of the farm.

Increased the farm’s output of food crops such as maize and soybeans from two tonnes in 2009 to 20 tonnes in 2014.The farm’s piggery also saw tremendous increase in output over the same period.

Developed an export market for the farm’s products by linking with international marketing firms leading to increased revenue and profits for the business.

Cut down farm losses resulting from bush fires by designing and creating a buffer area around the farm
