I have the title of Master Electrician/Control Tech. This job I have to myself for the entire second shift. Duties include all electrical power transmission, assistant refrigeration and water treatments. I handle all electrical needs from 24 vdc to 480 vac. I started out as a box maker. I worked my way through operator and the tiers of maintenance. I am currently making parts for industrial machines and have topped out at the maintenance levels. I program and run Haas and provide any maintenance support needed. I oversee PM schedules on 48 machines, document hour meters and standard operating procedures. Another duty is to maintain correct operation of plant facilities and running of production in a fast pace semi-automated machine setting. I fabricate automated magnetic conveyors and transition and movement of finished good. I document 80/20 parts; evaluate and build parts for the tool crib. I have leadership experience. I was group leader of second shift operations of the maintenance team and three years I led the third shift team on training for a merit-based pay scale in electrical pneumatics and natural gas machines.
