We did rehabes from 130,000 dollars in Florisant, Missouri to million dollar homes in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. I was lead carpenter in charge of initial design and layout of what needs demoed. Removing walls and constructing any needed. Including finishing all basements and usually add a bathroom where there was none. I did all electrical work including replacing most out of date panels. I did all plumbing that needed updated or moved including replacing main stack when needed. I did all bathroom and kitchens including all tile and finish work. I trimmed our entire home replacing all doors with slabs I had to make. I replaced almost all exterior windows and doors including custom made trim around windows. I would also supervise on all outdoor work including decks, siding, concrete work, and built many retaining walls. I did everything from start to finish.

I have done all aspects of this trade. I take pride in every job I do and work to the best of my abilities. I am very organized and efficient in all aspects of my life. I have managed crews from simple rehabs to building high end custom homes and villas. My one down fall is admitting that I can not do everything my self all the time and trust others to complete projects when I am busy doing other projects. I have many pictures of remodels that I have done and multiple references. I do all electrical and plumbing, framing, tile, trim and finish work, laminate flooring, and just about any thing needed. And I also get the projects done in short time frame because time is money.
