Directly managed over 200 salaried and hourly associates at Hershey Chocolate in a CBA Union environment. Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt and Lean/Design for Six Sigma. Designed and created ISO 9001-2008 Form Control Documents such as Project Charters, Project Financial Worksheets, Lean Observations, and SIPOC etc. Managed the project pipeline and the approval authority for JDI’s, DMAIC projects as well as being a Lean Enterprise Deployment Leader for the business. Led and mentored Lean Six Sigma projects at Ingersoll Rand, McNichols and Fender with net cost savings in excess of $1.2M.

Environmental, Health and Safety. At Ingersoll Rand, held the position as Site EHS Leader. Participated in the development and deployment of the IREHS database which managed the Sector and Corporate EHS functions. Received United States Congressional and California State Senate and Legislature Commendations for excellence in safety. In collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Myers Power Products, developed a comprehensive Cal OSHA compliant Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) to include written safety plans.

General Manager

Overall responsibility for Myers Power Products manufacturing operations at the Ontario California facility. Lead, direct and manage a permanent and temp work force of over 300 production, processing, materials management, QMS, EH&S, administrative and supply chain employees through mid-level and front-line management direct reports across multiple internal business units within a 250K sqft. facility. Accountable for EH&S, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, talent development, labor allocation, productivity, CI, both fixed and variable operating costs and on-time delivery of high-quality products to Myers Power Products customers.

April 2018 – June 2019 Fender Musical Instruments Corporation Corona California

Manager, Manufacturing Operations

A member of the Corona manufacturing leadership team with responsibility for managing and directing the day to day operations for Fender amplifiers, electronic sub-assembly and all metal fabrication.
