Construction/Project Manager, working at the multi-billion Lusail City development project that covers 35 square kilometers of land and water. The land area is about 2,000 hectares. Lusail Development will comprise precast residential Villas/buildings for about 195,000 residents, with mixed use of retail, commercial centers, 5-star hotels (Theme hotels, apartment hotels and boutique hotels), Katara hospitality, Entertainment City, community facilities and recreational areas, bringing the total resident, office, and visitor population to 450,000. Currently heading Parsons Technical Support team to Lusail City Administration Complex (LCAC) responsible to provides full support to LCAC technical team who interfaces with sub-developer’s activities to ensure enabling works and building completion within city standards and regulations.

Project Management & Claims Consultant, with role as design & project management/lead Structural responsible for managing the design & construction to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality, minimize the risks inherent in the construction process. Working on Asian Games Village/Hamad Medical City (US$1.0 billion) that includes 59 residential precast buildings, recreational facilities, power plant, Ministry of Public Health, hospital, sport facilities, recreation and hospitality (A total of 13,000 athletes from 45 nations in the Asia competed in 39 sports), civil work, infrastructure works includes underpass, roads and highway, bridges, piping, Gabion Retaining Wall, concrete retaining walls, sewerage, underground HV power, lighting, water reticulation.

2000 - 2003 Mid Contracting, Jordan/ JBC AMEC

Project Manager/Technical (Design) Manager, responsible to complete various construction projects safely, profitably and on schedule; by planning, organizing, documenting and controlling the work; subcontractors and supervising company personnel. Projects include Bromine and Bromine Derivatives Plant, AMEC (US$150 million) an Industrial, Buildings Packages Civil, infrastructure, roads, landscape services, structures, evaporating bonds, cooling tower, sewerage, substations, fire hydrants, underground HV power, lighting, grounding, industrial, communications, electrical, Emergency Power Systems, System security and fire alarm systems. Also, Zarqa City- King Abdulla - Infrastructure Pilot Project. (US$175 million) that includes R48 highways(expressway) and roads, bridges, underpass, road intersections, traffic signals, Fencing, screening, landscape, road signs, railway, asphalt, cut and fill, vertical and horizontal alignments, super elevations, infrastructure works including roads services, shoulders, rip rap, drainage, sewerage, substations, manholes, handholds, underground HV power, lighting, External power electric networks, water supply systems of buildings and structures, water reticulation. In addition to Le Royal Hotel, Construction of a high raise 35-story 5 stars hotel/building (US$100 million)

1996 - 2000 OEO/HLW International, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – New York, USA

Projects Manager/Design Engineering Manager, responsible for running the entire project during the Design/Build phases including, but not limited to: scheduling and overseeing labor and subcontractors; coordination with city officials/private investors; keeping the project within size, scope and budget. Projects included Central Air Base (Airport and facilities) Al-Kharj, NOTHROP GRUMMAN Control Tower (Precast), a rapcon, transmittal and receiver’s precast buildings, runway, lights, beacon, radar systems, terminals and parking. Also, Sultan Bin Abdulaziz City for Humanitarian Services (US$750 million) infra structure, roads and complete city utilities and rehab, recovery and special need children hospital and precast residential villas for stall and management.
