Train and educate new hire employees in effective safety and maintenance policy’s a and procedures. Assess regional corrective and preventative maintenance needs and coordinate logistics with teams and local personnel to meet objective declines, at or under allowable budget. Effectively communicate with customer liaisons to coordinate repair, upgrade, and instillation projects from discovery to completion.
