Work Experience
Walmart Stocker
City of Salinas - Salinas, CA
February 2021 to Present
When we come in we check where we are going to be working at. I would go to be department down stack pallets that I would be going working on, usually I would be doing around 3-6 pallets the most sometimes even more. Most times when I am working the the cooler departments I would have to get the pallets and move them to our designated area with any pallet jacks we find or borrow others. While I am stocking up the items I have to be done within a certain time. Most time when I have finished my area I either work on another department or do go back. Go back are products that have been placed in the wrong area and it’s gathered all together and I would get one, and put it back in its place. When I would have over stock I would either top stock or bin it. I am also in charge of disposing my own cardboard. I still interacted with customers here and there every night. Before I moved to overnights with Walmart the first few months I worked in the afternoon shift. I worked in the clothing department folding cloths through out the day and helping customers. I would still be doing go back through out the day once in a while I would be doing over time. I would cover lunches for other people as well greet people at the door cut fabric for customers go to pharmacy and cover theirs calls and at times auto and hardware. Intern
