I am the service advisor for the repair shop, I answer the phone, set up appointments, call the customer when there vehicle is finished or if they ran into a problem, I also answer all the questions the customer may have about what there car may need if the mechanic is busy. I have great customer service experience through the Dakota Magic Casino, also a period of 11 years with Fusion LLC as a telemarketer I know how to handle customers over the phone and I worked with my grandpa every summer at his Red Owl Grocery store in Wheaton, MN tell I was 10 so I know how to handle any customer.

Working as a VIP Ambassador was one of the best jobs I had that showed my customer service experience in action, I would get drinks, food, cigs, hotel rooms and I even made change for them when needed. I comped these for our players who had the points for it and got them what they wanted in a fast and timely manner so they didn’t have to wait. I also helped out in the players club making cards, fixing mistakes on someone’s account plus would take over at night sometimes when they didn’t have a supervisor.
