Started part time dock, then after just one month I was promoted to full time city driver, did this for 8 months and was promoted again to outbound supervisor, 2 years into this I was promoted to inbound supervisor and after a visit from the president of the company I became inbound/dispatcher since he said we had one supervisor to many. After being in this position for a couple years I was asked by my region manager to become SCM in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston, since I was recently divorced I didn't want to move and leave my children, finally in 2005 I became SCM in Fort Worth after being in sales for 18 months,and was Service Center Manager for 6 years before resigning from UPS
