While my just over 20 years with the company I’ve learned different jobs and departments.

1. Cashiering- getting customers through the checkout lane with quickness and efficiently

2. Customer service- this is where I learned multitasking and mastered efficiency! I helped customers with returned, pricing errors, lottery and Western Union all the while still being able to answer the phones. With Western Union I would help customers send, receive money or pay their bills all thru the WUPOS software. Also helped customers with money order purchases.

3. Fuel Center Lead- I was an charge of 5-6 associates at one time in the department. I wrote schedules, Dailey tasks, lottery inventory, tobacco inventory. In charge of making sure the fuel pumps and gas tanks were up to city and state standards. Daily product inventory. Weekly signage and tags were hung up. Cleaning of pumps, gas spills and another cleaning tasks.

4. E-Commerce Lead- in charge of 8-11 associates at one time within the department. Shopped orders, quality control of products, delivering orders to customers all in a timely manner. Wrote schedules, trained new employees. Input each associates progress, sales, and daily orders.
