Mr. Mosier also has Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Superfund remediation field oversight experience, as well as extensive experience in the installation and removal of UST fueling systems. In addition, Mr. Mosier routinely executes characterization and remediation support functions, including groundwater sampling, well gauging, field testing, and performance of non-aqueous phase liquids recovery, as well as construction equipment operation. Mr. Mosier’s experience in operation and maintenance of remediation systems (air sparge, dual phase extraction, pump and treat, soil vapor extraction, striping towers) for a variety of clients. Mr. Mosier has also directed other field projects that focus on soil, including excavation and capping He has experience in land farming of contaminated soil. For confidential clients, performed groundwater sampling and associated fieldwork, free product recover, system OM and sampling, and injections. For groundwater sampling, utilized a bailer and system OM; locations included a former manufactured gas plant facility. Field team member for injection and sampling of groundwater remediation activities to reduce TCE. Also addressed maintenance for remediation system to treat groundwater and soil vapor extraction. Served as part of the team that handled removal of UST and associated piping
Served as field team member for investigation of underground fire to determine the cause of the fire. Investigation revealed that nylon was buried underground and when the brush was burned it ignited the nylon underground. Hazmat in level B extinguished the fire from the source. Also emergency response for clean-up of spills, release of petroleum.
