Worked in charge of 32 persons working in different areas inside the restaurant. Working together with the CEO making new promotions, ideas for new dishes, reducing times for a better service and table times.

Checking all the time our best sells and low sells dishes on table and deliveries. As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor I been in charge of check all the areas inside the restaurant. Check productions, insumes, food, waiters and waitresses, look for the cleanliness and health inside the areas for a good process for our customers. After 3 months I been asked for the CEO to take care of another restaurant 2 hours out from the city. There I been restaurant Manager doing the same as a Supervisor plus check also the place where we just to do the sauces, portioned all the different meats for the different dishes that we have in the menu.

Also I just to have contact with private companies and with the mayor from the city. Taking care of different issues that we could have with guests or my team. Always trying to have a great work atmosphere.

Starting as a bartender offering different drinks and our selection of wines inside the restaurant.

After 5 months getting the position as a F&B Supervisor managing our restaurant and bar.
