Supervising of kitting packaging operations, and leading them to meet and exceed daily operational goal

Ensure accurate, timely processing and organization of workflow on-line for packing & shipping orders

Review daily production orders to ascertain product data, such as types, quantities and specifications of finished cases to plan line operations efficiently

Cross-checking on orders to ensure accurate quantities of the product aligned with customer requirements

Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products for disposal id not meeting quality standards

Lead the training requirements and communicate any change from management to production employees on-line

Organize storeage of components in a cooler at the end of the shift for next day production planning.

Assign breaks/lunches to production employees as per shift schedule

Adhere to the safety policies, including use of the

Complete pre-operation inspection checklist daily and report any unsafe conditions found immediately.

Verify operator paperwork every two hours and ensure that the proper procedures are being followed.
