My goal as an CNA is to make the most of my experiences, training and to continue my education toward Registered Nurse. I currently have all of the required prerequisites, and I am planning to apply for the RN Program. I have transitioned from sales representative to nursing because I enjoy meeting new people, teaching, and helping families in communities to better their lives.

As a Sales Representative, I have been working at a TEC Equipment dealership, and have been working as a float receptionist at Sutter Gould Medical Foundation. I have a lot of experience while working in customer service and have resolved many situations that have arose with both the customer and my company being happy with the outcome. I am able to utilize my team to improve patient satisfaction, and to reach our goals. In sales, I have proven to be flexible, a quick learner, and able to multitask, which are strong requirements for the job. My personal qualities, past experiences, fluent in 3 languages, and international university degrees have helped me to gain the interpersonal skills needed to connect and to learn as well as teach others, for a positive experience for everyone in the hospital.
