Director of Driver Operations: Trained new hires, scheduled drivers for vacation time, absences, etc., performed monthly reviews on each driver. I made sure all drivers had what they needed for a successful day. I kept track and reported any mechanical problems the vehicles may have and made sure they were washed and presentable. FedEx Ground Route – scanned, loaded and delivered packages to both residences and businesses in a professional and timely manner. Both safety and customer satisfaction was a priority. 2005-2011 School Bus Driver/Trainer, Mid-Columbia Bus Co. I ran both a morning and afternoon bus route. I transported children ranging from Kindergarten to High School. I was responsible for training new hires on how to drive a school bus, as well as continuing education. I also taught people how to drive shuttle buses/type 20’s. Safety was the main priority in this position. References available upon request

2018 -2022 Helping Hands of Vegas Valley

Provided Senior transportation. Picked clients up from their home and delivered them to Doctor's offices, grocery stores, Senior Centers and more. Interacted with the Seniors by making small talk, helping them with their seat belts, securing their wheel chairs into place, loading and unloading groceries from the van to their front door.
