Under direction from Plant Manager and Corporate Learning and Development Manager, design and implement all training for not only the Shenandoah Brewery but across all other MIllerCoors breweries as needed using basic needs assessments and corporate mandates. Supervised directly 4 Training Specialists that reported indirectly to production areas and supported the areas direct training needs and requirements. Delivered and assisted in designing such training as Diversity and Inclusion, Manufacturing best practices, Leadership Development, Teamwork Best Practices along with many others.

Along with plant manager assessed needs for plant sta in order to develop their individual development plans on a yearly basis.

Worked with Area Managers to identify yearly training needs and associated costs for budgeting purposes.

Managed a yearly 500,000 Learning and development budget for the Shenandoah Brewery.

Participated on many corporate teams to assess corporate Learning and Development needs.
