I am a multi-faceted, efficient and reliable administrative professional, with over twenty years of experience. This includes supporting executives, managers and sales teams in small and established businesses to improve operations both internally and externally. I am proficient in the standard business operations and strategy. I have worked in both office and project administration environments. My diversified skills set covers administration and support; client relations, with a focus on service; management; inter-personal and communication. During my term as a Call centre team Leader, my leadership skills produced results in having most of the agents in my teams winning awards for good performance. Some were head-hunted by external recruiters. In the sales environment, I played crucial roles, administratively supporting different sales teams and management. I have participated in projects that have equipped me with skills in Organisational Structures and Business Processes design, review and re-engineering. Also included with this, is the skills audit process. In the distribution of condoms, I have equipped myself with more knowledge on the proper care of these, and possible disposal of expired or damaged ones. Condoms distribution involved a lot of driving, to clinics in the five districts of the Free State Province. I have also taken more interest on HIV/AIDS and TB research and the direction government is taking on the prevention of new infections.
