Duties:
Responsible for the attendance of the team, throughout the day.
Responsible for the time management of the Team I was working in nesting, under Peter Edmonds.
Responsible for monitoring and grading calls during one on one coaching with the agents. Responsible for morning huddles at times.
Responsible for inspiring agents to meet metrics required for graduation.
Responsible for scheduled “Meet and Greets” setting the expectations in nesting to our training graduates.
Responsible for updating and keeping the teams roster in the icare program.
Responsible for the detailed training of agents.
Responsible for supervisor/escalation calls.
Responsible for attending DSM’s (Daily Supervisor Meetings) when required, and relaying correct information. Skills:

● Ability to think outside the box, which allows me to have creative solutions that customers are provided with desired results.
● The ability to present material in an understandable way that is engaging for the development of great agents. Provide direction and have leadership that result in agents providing accurate information to customers.
