Design and Development of Low Cost Coordinate Measuring FINAL YEAR PROJECT LEADER and Lead Designer NOVEMBER 2018-MARCH 2019

Proposed research and design on coordinate measuring machine with low cost.

Here, the Arduino board coding and embedding were made similar to as normal CMM.

NEMA stepper motor is used to avoid encoder in the machine. The 3D model cup was created using cloud point then mesh them in mesh lab and created a model without a tolerance. Design and Fabrication of Epi Cyclic Gear THIRD YEAR PROJECT LEADER and DESIGNER JANUARY 2018-MARCH 2018

Lead the project with designing, gear calculation, and manufacturing of the epic cyclic gear and replacing them in bicycle sprockets to increase the gear ratio.

Each gear in the transmission was manufactured by milling with a universal dividing head.

Sprocket chain was altered for new epic gear.
