One accomplishment that I take pride in took place during my employment with 7 For All Mankind. Prior to my employment with the retail store, the location had no structure for obtaining clients. With corporate approval, I was able to create and lead a leadership workshop in which the team focused on developing professionals from within the store. I created a system that empowered the team personally and professionally. The store saw an increase in foot traffic, improved merchandising, and increased conversion rate. We focused on product knowledge and client retention by overhauling service and creating a follow-up plan. By the time I left the location, all the associates had grown into management roles within the store and elsewhere.
