Started up and directed organization that has become a three- year jail/prison alternative sentencing program for the state. IDt offers a holistic approach by providing 12 Step classes, as well as classes in anger management, parenting, life skills, GED. There is also an onsite trades program which trains residents on the basic use of power and hand tools as well as teaching building skills such as decks, furniture, sheds, roofing, fences, and landscaping.
