Central Process Systems.

Duties :

Monitor daily operations of the Central Air Equipment Building and associated systems.

Assign and monitor preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems.

Develop daily work schedules, indicate work assignments with individuals.

Prepare work requests and requests for service. (Maximo software Systems)

Develop and update operating and maintenance check sheets and procedures as needed.

Maintain timely and accurate communications with Government Technical Representatives concerning equipment and operations status.

Give direct guidance and assistance to co- workers, as needed.

Monitor Lock out Tag out and assure that all necessary documentation is performed.

Assure all safety and health requirements are followed.

HVAC/ Building engineering

Third Class Stationary Engineer (State of Ohio)
