Other Information
I have been an LPN for 2 yrs and an RN for 10 yrs, working with geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility and also with home health and hospice. Since 2015 I have entered to field of Hemodialysis and I have enjoyed this type of nursing. The continuity of care is very rewarding. I have experience in taking care of patients and assessing patients both pre and post dialysis treatment. I also work closely and supervise an amazing group of PCTs. My work includes assessing and accessing AV grafts, fistulas, and CVCs. I feel that I have a great grasp on nursing care with an inquiring mind to learn more related to hemodialysis . I continue to learn and stay current with best practice and infection control. I have a passion for nursing, a great work ethic, and a thirst for knowledge. I also exert dependability and honesty and have a great rapport with staff members, residents, and family members. I believe I would be a great asset to your clinic.
