From my experience spanning four years, I have developed expertise in leadership and human capital development. human capacity development and intellectual development.I have been involved in providing support for educational development through teaching, research, data collation and management.

My future career projection is to become a highly effective development practitioner or consultant working with an international development organization, facilitating sustainable development, delivering value and solving critical human, political, economic and social development challenges.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Teach For Nigeria Fellow Class teacher and leader 2020-present

Taught Literacy, Numeracy and Science subjects to underprivileged children from rural communities

Provide the best learning experience to pupils using recommended instructional materials, and teaching aids and educational curriculum

Provide motivation, personal development coaching and help students to imbibe the discipline to concentrate on their academic work and achieve academic excellence

Nurture, care and provide psychological support to all the students especially those with special learning needs

Increased understanding of the challenges of rural education and providing sustainable solution through strategic partnership interventions

Provide support to management by ensuring students compliance to

school activities and other instructions.

Teamwork, Collaboration and Relationship Building

As a fellow of Teach for Nigeria, I facilitated the training and re-training of over 30 teachers and promoted seamless communication among staff members for productive relationship at work. Similarly, I was responsible for managing conflicting situations among staff members to enhance a peaceful working environment.

Enabling Diversity and Inclusion

Premised on my experiences as team lead and research analyst at Hope For all foundation, I was able to manage the interest of people from different Ethnic and Cultural backgrounds through understanding and open-mindedness. This resulted to a working environment of people with different cultural and ethnic beliefs working together in unity without discrimination.

Communicating with Clarity

Strong oral and written business communication skills honed through relationships with individuals from diverse races and backgrounds. At Hope For all foundation, I consistently presented at knowledge-sharing sessions to build the capacity of people in low income communities on Quality education, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Family Planning, HIV and Aids in four Local Government Areas of Nasarawa State and Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria within 24months.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

As a Research Volunteer, I provided support in conducting literature reviews, collecting and analysing data, preparation of documents, writing of long essay for nasarawa state polytechnic students from the department of public administration and mass communication.

Provided educational development services as Tutorial Assistant and lectured undergraduates’ students of Nasarawa state polytechnic, Free of Charge in compulsory, required and elective courses between 2017– 20118
