Trained employees in various areas such as manually or mechanically with equipment such as rubber tie loaders and removals, tractors, John Deere mowers and sweepers to maintain the airport, airfield, taxi ways and offsite properties. Ensure team members are trained and in compliance with all regulations and company safety policies.

Maintained and schedule daily tasks based on operational needs, cutting schedules and weather forecasts.

Led crew meetings to support day-to-day operations to ensure established objectives for airfield work order, cutting schedules and manpower coverage were met or exceeded.

Collaborated with the pavement crew, painting and rubber removal crew to create timeline, prioritize project tasks and track status of current and upcoming airfield projects.
