Head of 42 employees:

■ 24hr security, valet, receptionist

■ daytime maintenance, janitors, and leasing agents.

● Handled major infrastructure improvements:

Cooling Tower (craned up to the roof)

New Emergency Generator

Boilers

Elevator Upgrades

Internal Intercom system

● Renovating both the exterior and interior of several buildings

● These project included oversight and design expertise on:

Carpeting

Wood molding

Foyer

Utilizing custom marble to elevate and update the main entrance

Installing Cast Iron railings

Facades on both the exterior and interior

Fully remodel/updates of over 100 units

● Supervising required maintenance of crucial building infrastructure:
