Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise A Team of Engineers & Coordinate The Work of All Disciplines Including Bim To Accomplish Tasks & To Ensure That All Details Are Included In Drawings.

• Responsible For All Technical Aspects of All Disciplines To Accomplish Construction Work Performed By The Company From The Inception Stage Through To Final Completion of Projects & Client Handover.

• A Liaison Between Subcontractors/ Consultant / Client & The Construction Project Managers For All Technical Issues & To Coordinate Activities of Technical Departments, Find Solutions To Technical Problems & To Ensure Proper Execution of All Technical Works.

• Provide Technical Advice/Assistance To Queries Raised By Construction Management Team, & Assist With The Value Engineering of Pre-Designed Contracts.

• Attend Technical & Progress Meetings, Discuss & Suggest Technical Proposals.

• Coordinate Between The Construction & Engineering Teams Ensuring That The Construction Requirements Are Conveyed To The Engineering Teams

& That The Engineering Deliverables Satisfy The Construction Requirements

• Develop & Maintain Technical & Regulatory Standards & Requirements For Project Construction By The Constant Updating & Implementation of Effective Processes Policies & Procedures Throughout The Company.
