Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is a premier industrial infrastructure development company of Maharashtra State in India. The infrastructures include industrial land, roads, street lights, water supply schemes, effluent treatment plants etc.

Works Management System (WMS) is for the internal and external users of MIDC which is meant for managing the project works. For Internal Users this system comprises of the modules of creation of estimates of the works, tender papers, invitation of bids, receipt and evaluation of bids and issuing work orders to the successful bidders. Secondly, the measurement recording (billing) and payment part is also the part of this system. This system also includes the hierarchy-based approval processes. WMS enables users to automate service processes, streamline workflows and support decision makers to take decisions based on the predefined set of rules. For External Users this system comprises of modules of User Creation, e-Tendering Dashboard, e-Bidding, Online Payment etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
●Responsible for gathering requirements from key users.

Single Window Clearance (SWC) is a common platform for most of the services MIDC providing online to its consumers as well as the internal users. The consumers are plot holders, water consumers etc. There is online system for providing more than 30 services by MIDC to the consumers. At the same time, MIDC users log into the system and address the issues requested by the consumers.
Roles and Responsibilities
●Responsible for gathering requirements from key users and developed test plans with detailed test cases.
●Translated customer requirements into a proper test cases and test plan with detailed mapping to each requirement.
●Raised bugs with bug tracking tool Jira with detailed reproduced steps and logs. Developed UAT cases for business users.

Water Billing System is the billing process for Internal Users of MIDC and Online Payment System for the consumers. It caters the need of monthly billing cycle of the internal users where the users can enter data monthly, create water bills, receive payments and generate reports. In addition, this system has facility of creating users, issuing notices, generate reports based on the predefined sets of rules. The system is developed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software. The legacy software was in Dynamics 2016 and updated to Dynamics 365. This system also includes the embedded payment gateways for acceptance of payments from the consumers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
●Responsible for gathering requirements from key users. Identification of key locations for the implementation of the WBS.
●Created Test Scenario, Test Plan and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
