Job Description:

Perform set-up of equipment as per required by the production and ensures all test equipment are in good condition.

Conducts analysis, investigations and perform the necessary corrective and preventive actions on line performance including but not limited to productivity, quality and safety.

Responsible in Handling Hazardous Materials / Waste.

Perform mechanical maintenance (either preventive/planned/subassembly repairs) in compliance with relevant procedures to ensure production equipment availability.

Fill up all the required documents and checksheet to indicate status of Machine

Support and collaborate with teams to fix complex breakdown issues as well as able to anticipate problems that may arise during the production process

Support Small group activities.

Abilities, Skills and Interest:

Computer literate and proficient in use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )

Knowledgeable in vacuum system technology such as Load Lock Ion Milling, Veeco Ion Milling Machine and Ion Beam Etching Machine.

Familiar with all maintenance tools and electrical equipment

Knowledgeable in PLC module and control.

Knowledgeable in overhauling of mechanical pumps.

Knowledgeable in overhauling Fixture Assembly and Chamber Ion Source.

Knowledgeable in VIM and IBE Grid Rebuild.

Knowledgeable in VIM and IBE Power Supply.

Knowledgeable in Handling Gases & Chemicals.

Can speak and write Tagalog and English Language
