EXPERIENCE

Delivery driver, Amazon, Northeast USA 2016-2021

This position was very fast paced. I would get orders from my boss which took place over the Amazon Relay App. I would then go to the designated warehouse, get a order sheet for which pallets needed to be delivered, fill up the 26 foot box truck, and make stops at post offices and other amazon stops all along the northeast. Customer service was vital as I would need to find out the dropping point of the pallets.

Owner/manager, Pasquale’s Apizza; North Branford, CT 2004-2015 This was a family business in which I ran day to day operations . I oversaw about 12-15 employees on a daily basis. I did all the ordering with our food distributors. The most rewarding part of it was the relationships we had with our customers and there families.

Driver/warehouse duties, The Connecticut Warehouse; North Haven CT 2001-2004

This was a car part distributor who delivered to dealerships all over CT, Mass, and Rhodesia Island. During the early morning hours I would help pick orders for these dealerships. Once the orders were picked, we then loaded up the vans to get ready for our deliveries. Customer service was crucial as we saw them on a daily basis.
