Power Block Area Manager, General Electric, Saudi Electric Company, Power Project #9 - March 1996 to December 1999 1200 MW, GE Combined Cycle. Responsible for the scheduling, engineering, procurement, and construction of 16 frame 7 GE Gas Turbines and Boilers on the behalf of Saudi American General Electric. In addition to the Power Block, responsible for the management of all electrical installation on the project. Coordinate the implementation of the work permits system and developed training system for clearance and tagging.

Modification Manager, TVA, Watts Bar Nuclear Plant: Spring City, Tennessee - May 1995 to March 1996

Responsible for the assembly of competitive multi-discipline bids for modifications at Watts Bar. Provide management of contracts awarded to a modification group, ensure that cost and schedule remain on track. Coordinates close out of all system work activities, which were previously exceptions. Provide feedback to management to assist in the development of a maintenance agreement with TVA. Plant Completion Group, TVA, Watts Bar Nuclear Plant: Spring City, Tennessee - June 1992 to May 1995

Responsible for the review and status of all items assigned to the PCG Electrical Department. Provide coordination between other organizations on site (Operations, Maintenance, other disciplines). Provide recommendations to Management regarding scheduling problems and modification activities.

Lead Field Engineer, Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station: Glen Rose, Texas - November 1988 to June 1992

Responsible for the rewrite of all training, Electrical Procedures, and estimate of man-hours required completing Unit II. Department consisted of 50 field engineers.

Construction Engineer: Responsible for the development of electrical training programs for Texas Utilities. Responsible for implementing a cable installation program capable of supporting project low level licensing effort. Provide technical direction regarding the installation of electrical commodities at a nuclear plant.

Lead Cable, Termination Superintendent, South Texas Nuclear Project: Bay City, Texas - January 1984 to November 1988 Responsible for supervision of Central Cable, Termination, Tray Covering and Appendix R, Firewrap Groups. Department objectives of the installation of 16 million linear feet of cable and 536,000 terminations were met on schedule and within budget to assure obtainment of milestone incentive fees for Washington Group and timely completion of the project. Supervisory responsibilities consisted of 200 craftsmen and six superintendents. Developed and implemented electrical training courses (including videotape) for craft. Resident Engineer, Louisiana Power & Light, Waterford III Nuclear Plant: Taft, Louisiana - July 1983 to January 1984 Responsible for developing construction work package, system status, design constructability review, material procurement, and responsible for ensuring completion of electrical walk downs in support of plant obtaining a low level nuclear operating license. Resident Manager group consisted of 15 field engineers.

Cable Installation Supervisor, Washington Public Power, Supply System, Unit #3: Elma, Washington - January 1983 to July 1983 Responsible for attaining cable installations of 250,000 linear feet per month and 3,400 conductors terminated per month. Ensure engineering, commercial, and construction problems were resolved so that electrical contractor onsite could perform in accordance with schedule and other management directives. Also responsible for monitoring contractors' performance to ensure owners' rights were not violated.

Cable Engineer Shoreham Nuclear Plant Station, Unit I: Shoreham, New York - November 1977 to March 1979

Responsible for scheduling cable pulls, resolving routing problems, initiating engineering changes, and developing cable ticket packages. Superintendent responsible for the production and supervision of eight crews consisting of ten men and cable department, which consisted of two field engineers and three clerks. Cable Engineer, D.C. Cook, Unit II Nuclear Plant: Bridgeman, Michigan - January 1976 to November 1977

Responsible for issuance and tracking of all cable cards. Additional responsibilities included resolving routing and cable termination problems with the Engineer American Electric and Power.
