Projects included a $2.2M residential historical renovation (published), a $700K hotel addition/renovation, $300K restaurant tenant improvement, dental and professional offices, condominiums, townhouses, residential additions/renovations, recreational cabins. Experience with fast-track construction schedules requiring substantial on-site design and field interpretation of building codes, zoning issues, and as-built conditions.

Project Architect/Manager for a $5M, 12,000 sf private residence. Managed a two to four-person team and completed complex architectural design and details, specifications, and contract documents throughout the fast-track construction process. Performed extensive architectural management and construction administration. Responsible for all communication and coordination between architectural firm, owner, contractor, and professional consultants. Proficient in all phases of residential design, client management, consultant interfacing, and construction administration. Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methodology, and contract law.

MARKETING DIRECTOR, STUART SILK ARCHITECTS: Seattle, WA, 1995-1996.

Researched and wrote architectural articles for professional and local publications, researched and wrote Principal's FAIA application, produced marketing materials, coordinated project documentation and photography, prepared submittals for architectural publications, design contests, and architectural awards.
