●Oversaw the electrical portion, low voltage and fire alarm portions of The Westerly project
●333 unit, 7 floor garden style development in downtown Dallas.
●Ran a crew of 4 and a subcontractor crew of 30 men
●18 month duration
●This project was inherited upon my employment with the company and subsequently turned around from an initially poor trajectory.
●Finished within schedule and was profitable
●Coordinated and led 3 subcontractors, one for each discipline mentioned above, all material handling orders and city inspections.
●Total worth of project : 4 million dollars
●Broke ground, excavated, layed out, coordinated planned, performed underground and began wall rough for the Stonehawk project and The Banyan projects which ran simultaneously and adjacent to one another near downtown Dallas.
