JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

1. We are working with different kinds of variable auto transformer. 2. Involved as core erection team member of Electrical works and making daily report for management review.

3. Having an experience in calibration of different variable autotransformers (4A Up to 100A).

4. In our concern after working assembly parts of auto transformer tested by the fixed rating.

5. In our fixed reading to measure current and voltage by applying fixed voltage to the auto transformer. Also load applied parallel to the output up to 1000 watts. 6. Resistance of the transformer measured by ohms meter and also checking with standard reading .Specially analyst insulation between copper winding and core with E point.

7. Few seconds to apply high voltage by HV board for capability of high tension. Check tolerance, resistance, current for full winded copper which instrument using as megger (or) ohm meter.

8. Having knowledge in the data sheet & the Pre-commissioning document. 9. Test instrument functionality of major equipment’s, carried out site acceptance tests. 10. Maintaining the records of the test equipment’s and send it for calibration when its calibration validity expires.

11. Possesses to through knowledge of all type of testing which is required for all type of auto transformer.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Basic Commissioning to the team.

2. Working in the field of Erection.

3. Involved as core erection team member of Electrical works and making daily report for management review.

4. Check core current, height, inner diameter and outer diameter to differentiate auto transformer combine with amps.

5. Preparation of insulated core for winding.

6. Wind the copper wire on circumference of the insulated core by CNC machine. 7. Winded core shaped by hydraulic pushing for smooth surface and apply aralaltite for proper adhesive on surface of shaped transformer also contain heating and varnished. 8. Assembling the proper wiring, brush arm, base for movement of carbon and front board. 9. Here we assemble various amps of the transformer like (4A,6A,8A,10A,12A,15A small,20A,23A,28A,35A,100A).

10. We also prepare double layered transformer for small range of voltage. Educational Qualification:

B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering 2010-2014 from St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Thanjavur with an aggregate of CGPA: 7.33

H.S.S.C in 2010-2011 from Government, Papanasam with an aggregate of 79%

S.S.L.C in 2009-2010 from Government, Papanasam with an aggregate of 84% Test Equipment Handled:
