My role as GDC supervisor allows me to work closely with logistics, production, and quality. Day to day operations consist of meeting part demands for the customer not just here in the US but internationally. My role deals with ordering packaging, ensuring parts are present, packaged, and shipped with quality being of importance. Moreover, we have a rework paint shop I oversee as parts come in from the supplier, to insure quality parts ship to the customer. Maintaining data on quality discrepancies, parts per hour and part demand by updating KPI’s regularly is a daily responsibility. Organization of the warehouse dealing with part fluctuation with a consistent change in the flow of operations has to be well planned with expected changes at any time. Skill Set
