Conducted training for technicians and engineers on all aspects of RF on our transmitters, receivers, and their control circuitry.
Installed Antennas in top of 40’, 80’ and 100’ towers using climbing or 120’ Articulating manlift as needed.
Generated the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and military personnel.
Developed the current Range Safety Officer (RSO) SOP in use at the Nevada Test & Training Range (NTTR).

In this position I was able to increase training on topics that applied to fundamental concepts of amplitude modulation, angle and pulse modulation, and demodulation techniques.
