Nine plus years of various industry experience within one company in one place. Experienced in operations, technical assistance, and management at Continental Resources. I also have experience in the gas industry working for Kinder Morgan. My portfolio of experience and achievements is stated but not limited to: Certified in Wild Well Control, CPR, Smith Driving, Incident Command System, Echometer and an extraordinary amount of safety certificates. I have also completed all the safety protocol for Kinder Morgan and have taken glycol operation system class. I am proficient in computer programs such as excel, word, power point, workday, cygnet, xpoc, logics 500, x tools, EVIN, Carte, Procount and have dealt with a wealth of SCADA networking in all aspects. My duties have included but are not limited to lease operation, maintaining schedules, organize, prioritize, delegate, manage, communicate, presentation, teaching, cooperation with landowners and third party contractors, regulation with State and Federal entities, and reclamation. I have worked in almost every aspect of the energy industry from operating lease wells to overseeing entire fields and all aspects of operations within the field. Since my introduction to the energy industry with Continental Resources we gained an extraordinary amount of efficiency and increase with production, of which I was heavily involved in streamlining those processes. It led to acquiring fields that were adjacent to Continental’s current fields. During that time those fields were brought back to financial stability. We had a perfect safety record for over five years while under my watch and I personally have never had a safety incident. I also came into a team of Kinder Morgan in which I believe my attitude and relentless work ethic wore off on other coworkers and helped increase efficiency within the gas field.

I was an operations specialist in which I did a lot of floating during my time with Kinder Morgan. However, I was trained to do a wide variety of tasks. I was primarily located at the Tioga site or west of Williston. I do feel that because of my prior experience and knowledge I was often looked upon for my insight and advice from my peers.

I do numerous jobs that encompass all that is involved in the oil and gas industry. This can vary from welding, to running a wide variety of equipment as well as construction, and maintenance needs. I am very well versed in all areas of the oil and gas fields.

GENERAL LABORER/CONTRACTOR/CARPENTER, 4E BAR RANCH SERVICES

In my current position I complete a wide variety of tasks. I operate numerous pieces of tools and equipment, complete general labor tasks and assist with planning and executing a wide variety of projects that include construction and disassembling and removal in a variety of projects. These include but are not limited to fencing, tearing down and constructing buildings, landscaping, roofing, building of houses and additions (steel and wood construction), and welding.

I was a lease operator for two years, a technician for two years and spent the last five years as a production foreman in the oil industry. I moved up very fast in a place in which does not have very many advancements. That was due to my hard work, commitment, and trust of capabilities.

I solely owned and operated a landscaping business. I managed all business aspects of this business, ordering products/plants, maintenance of equipment, design of projects, as well as manual labor. I typically managed four employees that worked for me full time.

PSYCHOLOGY- BACHELORS/CRIMINAL JUSTICE-MINOR, Chadron state college

In my time at Chadron State College, I accumulated a 3.6 GPA overall and was on the Presidents List in one semester and Dean’s List in another semester. While at Chadron State College I also studied abroad in England. During this time, I attained 21 law credits towards my minor in criminal justice.

ACTIVITIES

In my time off I enjoy spending time with my children and participating in all sports as a family. My kids are very active in sports, and I am grateful to be able to coach their teams when time allows. I have also managed and organized the youth baseball program in Buffalo. I am a member of the booster club; PTO and I am a member of my church council. I have also been active as a member of the community when I served on the city council as the vice president. I also feel it is important to volunteer in as many activities that happen within my community.
