*Ensures that the removal and pulling out of rice husk ashes is done properly and regularly during operation and shutdown periods.

*Ensure that the feed water temperature is within the acceptable limits by monitoring its temperature readings at all times.

*Observe and follow all health and safety instructions and regulations during operation.

*Analyze abnormalities of parameters within areas of responsabilities and reports to superiors for corrective action and makes suggestions whenever necessary.

*Ensure that good house keeping practise are applied in the work place.

*Close monitoring of rice husk delivery,from entry to exit at gate of CCFPI compound.this includes the weighing of rice husk before entry to the loading/unloading area and after entry and unloading of the rice husk delivery.This includes the close monitoring of the delivered rice husk during the loading.
