Study and assess the relevant drawing, specifications and instructions and make effective decisions in changing drawings to suit construction.

Provide guidance to the Assist Engineer in analysing the scope as per contract and system boundary limit/design intents well as ensure the execution of system commissioning protocol for systematic and sequential start-up/ pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment.

Carry detail analysis of equipment commissioning, assessing the requirement of special tool/temporary facilities/equipment required for pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Hold review meetings with the clients on issue such as commissioning progress as well as meeting with the vendors to resolve any commissioning related issues.

Carry out any other duties as and when required by direct supervisor.

Checking and follow-up of the laying pipe/equipment according to the VCD, P&ID, isometric.

Commissioning of the main engines followed by load test.

Performing operation like Jacking up off vessel, Fixation and ELT, Ballasting and De-Ballasting operation, skidding of cantilever.

Identify commissioning requirements and communicate effectively..

Ensure that all commissioning works are carried out as per commissioning systems procedures and manuals and ensure that HSE expectations and acceptance criteria are adhered to.

Studying the drawing supplied by OEM for connections of various ports line.
