Worked in a fast paced environment with 25 to 45 co-workers depending on the day and how busy it was. Helped other co-workers and managers reach their daily/weekly goals.

Lead the team by getting the food out in a matter of time for the servers to then take to our guest. It all starts with the kitchen, so I always wanted to lead by example with my sense of humor leadership skills, doing the right thing and how to do the job the right way.

Trained all the new employees that were hired for the kitchen and taught them how to do the job correctly.
