WORK EXPERIENCE:

September 2020 to June 2022: NRL Mortgage. Senior Loan Closer. I review & prepare closing documents for FHA, VA, Bonds, Conventional, USDA, Texas Cash Out/Heloc loans. I review title commitments, surveys, appraisals, etc. prior to preparing closing documents. I complete data input through the Encompass program. I review and balance CD’s with title companies following the guidelines set forth for CD’s. I am responsible for releasing CD’s to borrowers in a timely manner. I review and clear any underwriting conditions marked Closer To Clear. I communicate heavily with the branches with problem solving ideas and cd approval. November 2014 to August 2020: InterLinc Mortgage Services. Senior Loan Closer. I review & prepare closing documents for FHA, VA, Bonds, Conventional, USDA; 203k & FNMA Renovation & Texas Cash Out/HELOC loans. I review title commitments, surveys, appraisals, etc. prior to preparing closing documents. I complete data input through the Encompass program. I review & balance CD’s with title company following the guidelines set forth for CD’s. I am responsible for releasing CD to borrowers in timely manner. After loan closing is complete I review funding documents for accuracy prior to releasing Funding Authorization to closing agent.

October 2012 to November 2014: Academy Mortgage Corporation. Senior Loan Closer. I prepare closing papers for FHA, VA, Bonds, Conventional, USDA, & Texas Cash Out loans. I review title commitments, surveys, appraisals, etc. prior to preparing closing documents. I review HUD-1’s for accuracy & compliance of RESPA & TIL guidelines prior to closing. Once HUD-1 is approved, I send HUD-1 approval to title company with closing package then I balance & order wire for funding. I reviewed funding documents for accuracy before issuing funding approval. August 2010 to October 2012: Envoy Mortgage Corporation. Senior Loan Closer. I prepared closing papers for FHA, VA, Bonds, Conventional, USDA, 203K & Texas Cash Out loans. I reviewed title commitments, surveys, appraisals, etc prior to preparing closing documents. I completed data input in computer system. I reviewed HUD-1’s for compliance with RESPA & TIL guidelines prior to closing. Once HUD-1 was approved, I sent approval to title company with closing package.

October 2006 to May 2009: Countrywide Bank, FSB – Closer/Funder/Post Closer. I prepared closing papers for FHA, VA, Bond Loans, Conventional, Rural Development, Texas Cash Out/HELOC loans. I reviewed title commitments, surveys, etc. prior to preparing closing documents. I completed data input into system for closing documents. I reviewed preliminary HUD-1's for accuracy prior to closing. I funded all loans after review of the funding package to ensure all underwriting conditions have been met. I stacked FHA, VA and Bond files to be shipped to corporate office within stated deadline. November 2000 to October 2006: Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Senior Loan Closer. I closed loans under FHA, VA, Conventional, Rural Development, Texas Cash Out and 203K programs. I reviewed title commitments, surveys, etc. and completed input on the LPS computer system. I emailed closing packages to title companies for closing. I reviewed preliminary HUD-1's for accuracy prior to closing. I reviewed closed loan packages for funding making sure all underwriting guidelines & program guidelines have been met before issuing funding authorization to title companies or closing agents. I prepare files to be shipped to our corporate office. References furnished upon request.
