It was my pleasure to employ Josiah Everhart for 20 hours a week for a summer. He helped me with several projects related to landscaping including excavation, irrigation plumbing and tuning, land forming, tree planting, retaining wall construction, creating mulch beds, and wiring custom, computer controlled landscape lighting. He was prompt and dependable, easy to work and communicate with, hard working, self directed, and detail oriented. He often worked for several hours at a stretch with little or no input from me, and always found places to make progress if he got blocked on some part of a project. He is savvy, bright, curious, and learns quickly. I have no doubt he will be a big asset to whatever he puts his hands to.
