●Review and suggest changes to QC procedures named on latest development in technologies in market.

●Review NC Report registers periodically to notice and perform trend analysis.

●Discuss Root Cause Analysis and prepare corrective & Preventive Actions on recurring errors.

●Meet with clients for complaints redressed and suggest action plan for complain redressed.

● Responsibility of NPD articles will be defect free through NPD article PILOT TRIAL with PD, rectification if any defect & only accepted article will release for bulk production which will be Customer satisfied.

●Overall responsibilities of process & finished goods quality control

●Responsibilities of pre-mold Canvas shoes, SFG Slipper, Sports shoes & Tennis shoes process control to FGQC.

●Responsibility of Quality inspection of outside vendor process, product, mold & their defects rectification.

● SOP preparation for process trouble shooting, Root cause analysis through 5-WHY & create their SOP,

●Familiar with all uppers (shoes, sandal, slipper & tennis) stitching, their QC inspection & process.

●Responsible of all four units (Kolkata-03 units & Ajanta Foot care - 01unit) including “Ajanta shoes” &” Ajanta Foot care” PVC, EVA, PU & STACK ON Shoes, sandal, SFG slipper, Hawai manufacturing plant process control & Quality Control & FGQC.

Attended seven days training program on carbon black testing organized by M/s Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd., Ghaziabad.

Attended two days training program on E.T.P. activation & testing organized by EST Consultant Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi.

Attended three days training program on ISO-9000 at M/s Indag Rubber Ltd., Bhiwadi (Raj.) organized by external expert team of ISO- 9000.
