Recommendations
“During my one year plus of working alongside Teresa at DRS, it quickly became apparent to me that she was a very experienced, hard-working, Quality focused engineer. In my opinion she will be an excellent asset to any ISO Quality Systems registrar’s staff”. Terry Dipple – FCQI, RAB-QSA Lead Auditor; ASQ-CQA; B.A.; B.S. Assoc.
Thanks to Teresa, we have our Quality Manual and Quality Operating Procedures and Forms in place to move forward with achieving our ISO Certification, which was achieved in March 2012. Buzz Clark Plant Manager, Kentucky Trailer Michigan Operations.
During Lockheed Martin’s time with Teresa, she has continuously improved and developed process metrics that provided manufacturing and inspection data. Data used to correct, update and modify the manufacturing processes and move the inspection processes to prevent nonconformances at the next assembly level. Reduced rework of assemblies, and the defect free throughput increased by 70% allowing product to be back on schedule. Improved and implemented nonconforming reporting quality system to include electronic process metrics to utilize in root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action. Incorporated attribute gauges to include gauge drawings into the process to eliminate repeat nonconformances. Worked directly with Lockheed Martin to improve processes through ECN, drawing changes, quality alerts, to improve throughput. Roger Gallimore SQE.
