I have worked with Spenomatic k Ltd ( Kenya ) from 1st oct 2016 till 31st Dec 2019 as Ass. Project Manager .

The Organization is an Leading engineering Company which deals in the installation and commissioning of Power boilers,Process boilers,Solar panels,ETP/RO plants etc in East Africa . Company is based in Nairobi ( Kenya ) .(Tieup with Thermax )

I have worked with Pristine Project Indore based company as Project Engineer from 12th August 2010 to August 2016.(Tieup with Thermax )

oCoordination with client, site team and managers for smooth project operations.

oTo evaluate & monitor over all work progress of erection & commissioning of Boilers and its equipments as per the set schedule by planning dept.

oManpower control, material requirements, stock control and effective manpower utilization and task scheduling.

oPreparation of project schedule and execute plan accordingly.

oLead and Supervise site teams

oTo give feedback to all superiors about site activities and progress details related to erection as and when required or as per feedback schedule.

oResponsible for all IBR formalities.

oHandling 4-5 site projects simultaneously and completion of project within budget and time.

oCost estimation of BOP material of boilers, pipelines,chimney etc

Work Experience Knowledge on Following M/C’s:-

oHandled successfully the project of M/s. Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd, Patalganga, Mumbai for Fabrication and erection of HP steam line with working pressure of 47 Kg / cm2.

oHandled successfully the project of M/s Bidco Oil Refineries (KENYA-10 months) for installation of 20 TPH Thermax boiler with 2.125 MW Triveni Turbine.

o Handled successfully the project of M/s. Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd, Pune for installation of 6 Tons and 15 ton process boilers. (Thermax boilers )

oSuccessfully handled the project of M/s. CLARIS Life science Ltd, Ahmadabad for installation of 20 TPH Thermax power boilers and ESP

oSuccessfully handled the project of M/s PI Industries, Ankleshwar, for installation and commissioning of 17 TPH process boilers.

oSuccessfully handled the project of M/s. Karbochem (South Africa) for installation and commissioning of 20 TPH Thermax power Boilers with 7.5 MW turbine.

oSuccessfully handled the project of M/s. DWA (kenya) for installation and commissioning of 10 TPH Thermax power Boilers with 1.25 MW turbine.
