I have been in the residential plumbing and radiant heating industry since 2008. I have extensive knowledge in material purchasing, inventory, and fleet and operations managing. I have been with the company for the last 14 years and I am searching for a new job, as I am relocating in June of 2022. I am looking for a long-lasting career that will allow me grow in a trade. When I am not at work I have always had a passion for cars. Whether its building them, racing them or anything and everything in between. Current Job tasks:

• Manage the advertising company logos for all service vehicles.

• Develop and maintain strategies for fuel efficiency and driver safety.

• Manage fleet of 12 employee vehicles assignments; arrange for truck movements between employees, as well as employee phones.

• Oversee 20 employee tools, trucks, and materials for their job sites during day to day operations.

• Comply with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.

• Schedule and maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, safety and minimize downtime; maintain and manage vendor relationships with maintenance vendors.

• Monitor driver behavior to ensure safe driving.

• Manage the recovery of vehicles as needed.

• Assist water heater installs, boilers, and storage tanks.

• Assist with whole house plumbing inspections.

• Assist with radiant heating installs.

1. Deliveries: (Coordination with office staff and field employees about material deliveries. Setting up deliveries for weekend jobs and ensuring staff is set up with accurate orders. Meeting supply house drivers to accept delivery and follow up on back orders in the event they are incomplete. 2. Tools: (Replacing and repairing broken tools at moment’s notice, shipping tools to Milwaukee, or Ridgid Tools, shipping gas analyzers for recalibration, and shipping backflow testers for yearly recertification). 3. Warehouse Management/Organization: (Take inventory of Wolverine Brass parts, ordering service parts as needed, tool cadge organization, and records of when tools arrive/leave for employee use, sweeping/vacuuming warehouse, and shelf organization). 4. Truck Maintenance: (Schedule and keep track of 12 company vehicles, ensure all are up to date on oil changes/tire rotations, occasionally take trucks to dealership for recalls, make sure trucks are clean/ presentable/organized while being appropriately used by my staff. 5. Company Phones: (Phone swaps, upgrades, and activation. Speaking with Verizon Rep to make sure we get the best deals, ordering phone cases/screen protectors to ensure phones are protected). 6. Miscellaneous Job Site Visits: (Move heating materials/pick up garbage, moving heavy equipment with electric dolly, move old/new water heaters, boilers, and storage tanks. Getting new equipment into place).

7. Plumbing Fixture Deliveries/Inspection Sheets: (Delivering high value plumbing fixtures, making sure they’re secure in the truck, obtaining signatures from contractors when fixtures arrive to jobsite.) 8. Paperwork: (Filling out daily reports of material runs to all job-sites and billing accordingly) 9. Material Returns: (Organize material returns to various supply houses, ensure we get proper credit, and that it’s credited to the correct job. Note: sometimes very large quantities of pipe and fittings). 10. Picking up backflow tags for San Francisco, San Mateo, And Palo Alto (required per county for annual backflow water prevention testing.

I completed a three month course introducing me to other trades in the union such as electrical, sheet metal, pipe fitters, long shoremen, drywall etc. This course taught me valuable information on what it would be like to be in other trades besides plumbing. It also involved hands on classes to where we could perform work on certain trades. I also became CPR certified and graduated from this class once it ended.
