SAP application is used to support day to day business transactions and processes, integrates various shipping and ancillary system across the company. Work as QA Engineer in IT QA and Change Control team. Responsible for maintaining test programs, processes and tools in both manual and automation to improve quality of CF IT applications and systems. Assist running automated financial report regression tests to support the monthly production release process. Manual test supports including data validation of large developmental projects for custom/ vendor applications: Salesforce Contact management (CRM), Chevron Data Analytic for Gas and Rail Freights (Tableau), Integra-BOSS for Marine and Pipeline shipping, CF Direct for Truck shipments, OpenText for document management, and eGRC RSA Archer for Managers/BO users access review process.
